<abstract>El artículo describe el primer centro de análisis medioambiental en un cuerpo policial el cual responde a las necesidades del SEPRONA. Pretende dar una vía de trabajo distinta e independiente además de dar apoyo informativo y soporte técnico a los equipos en diversos aspectos como posibilidades analíticas, enfoques de la investigación etc.... Sus expectativas a largo plazo consiste en no dar sólo apoyo a los equipos del SEPRONA sino también al Departamento de Consumo y Medio Ambiente</abstract>
