<abstract>EL Proyecto de Ley de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero se encuentra actualmente en fase de tramitación parlametaria. Su aprobación constituirá un avance en la modernización del sistema financiero español comparable al que supuso la Ley del Mercado de Valores de 1988. La ley articula en torno a tres objetos: la mejora de la eficiencia, el impulso de la actividad crediticia hacia la economía real, y la mejor protección de los inversores y clientes de servicios financieros</abstract>
