<abstract>El proceso de exteriorización de compromisos por pensiones, ha mejorado sustancialmente la previsión social de los trabajadores españoles, algunas empresas han realizado una reflexión sobre el régimen de prevision social que tienen establecido para sus empleados y han analizado la conveniencia de actualizarlo, modificarlo o ampliar sus coberturas. El artículo explica estos y otros cambios que ha producido el proceso de exteriorización</abstract>
