<abstract>Les autorités redoutent une crue centennale fort coûteuse pour les villes et les entreprises. Pour prévenir le risque inondation dans les huit départements d'Île-de-France un groupe de travail a été mis en place en décembre 2001. Son but: étudier les conséquences économiques et humaines qu'entraînerait une crue majeure sur le bassin de Seine, les dispositions à prendre et les travaux à envisager pour en limiter les conséquences</abstract>
