<abstract>For fiscal 2001, the Labor Department and its agencies met, and in one cases exceeded , five of its six performance goals  for occupational safety and healths. That is according to the departament's recently released annual report for fiscal 2001, which examines the departament's progress in the area of safety and health. </abstract>
