<abstract>El lugar natural para la interactividad y la comunicación interpersonal es la actividad operativa y organizativa de la empresa. Se debe desarrollar por tres vías: la institucionalización de la escucha, el trabajo en equipo y las sesiones de evaluación y seguimiento del personal. De otra manera se crearán dos discursos diferentes en la empresa, el de la dirección y el del personal.</abstract>
