<abstract>On May 8, 2003, the Oklahoma City General Motor production plant was ripped apart by an F4 tornado. The violent twister tore the roof off the facility, destroyed gigant cooling towers and turned cars into metal balls. Incredibly, no employees were injured by the storm. Through preparation and practice General Motors was able to ensure the safety of its workforce</abstract>
