There were quick concessions: CAPPS II not consider medical records, would attach no significance to a bad credit history, and would allow travelers to apeal their "selectee" status. But concerns about privacy intensified when it was revealed that certain airlines  had provided passengers data to goverment contractors, which were developing models to identify high-risk travelers  </dc:description>
