De ahí que la nueva redefinición del Derecho Penal implique para esta escuela tres conceptos clave: peligrosidad social, medidas de seguridad y readaptación social. Son muy diferenciadas las posturas que adoptan los penalistas en esta época sobre lo que se debe entender por peligroso social.</dc:description>
