<abstract>Nos encontramos ante unas pretensiones que solo cabe considerar unilaterales y favorables a las aseguradoras, a través de distintas técnicas, dirigidas a privar a las víctimas de unas indemnizaciones, que ya eran escasas y fueron justamente criticadas, y que, mediante estas reformas, que pretenden introducirse y que deben ser a toda costa evitadas, pueden dejar vacío de contenido los principios de reparación integral y de proporcionalidad enunciados como base de los criterios indemnizatorios que se dicen seguir en esta normativa</abstract>
