This good but declining growth has resulted in a slow recovery from the high level ofinsolvencies, which started last year with a decline of 2%. The weakening economic  prospects with high external risks and lower dynamic investment, combined with the level of insolvencies, which remain five times higher than before the crisis, means there is ample room for decline</abstract>
