<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les utilisateurs de ciment représentent un groupe professionnel disparate dans lequel il existe de nombreux problèmes dermatologiques liés au travail, liés surtout aux produits manipulés, parfois au terrain du sujet lui-même et le plus souvent à tout le contexte de travail. Le ciment devrait être manipulé avec précaution, et cet aspect souligne l'importance de la formation de du geste professionnel, mais, le plus souvent, les doigts ou la main sont souillés par celui-ci et le contact direct sans gants avec certains ciments à prise rapide entraîne de véritables brûlures caustiques. Il s`agit d'ulcérations arrondies plus ou moins douloureuses touchant habituellement les pulpes des doigts. D'ailleurs, l'agressivité de ces ciments est en général connue des ouvriersm mais ils l'oublient parfois et ainsi vont lisser le ciment avec l'extrémité des doigts, ce qui explique la localisation particulière aux pulpes</abstract>
