<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les travaux physiologiques montrent que le sommeil se fragilise avec l'âge: il se fragmente, il est de moins bonne qualité et les facultés de récupération diminuent tandis que les difficultés d'adaptation aux changement de rythme augmentent. Les mécanismes d'entraînement circadiens deviennent moins forts avec l'âge et la fréquence des désynchronisations internes est plus importante. Cet article s'agit d'une enquête appuyées sur les items sommeil de l'indicateur de santé. C'est un test d'auto-évaluation de la santé, rempli par l'enquêté avec une série de questions à réponse binaire (oui/non)</abstract>
