<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Pour une meilleure prévention médicale des hypoacousies professionnelles, la notion de dépistage préventif doit remplacer celle du dépistage à visée de réparation. Elle s'appuie sur une audiométrie plus sensible et plus précise. Un nouveau concept a été développé: le balayage fréquentiel asservi à niveau constant, permettant de réaliser une audiométrie liminaire tonale intéressant tout le spectre fréquentiel (audioscan). Cette technique originale, comparée aux méthodes conventionnelles, est automatique, plus précise, plus sensible et bien adaptée au dépistage préventif</abstract>
