<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Aucune étude métrologique n'a déterminé avec précision le rôle des constituants des fumées de vulcanisation. Une campagne de mesures a été menée dans 14 entreprises de l'ouest de la France. L'examen de l'influence des types de postes de travail et de leur aménagement conduit à considérer que, dans de très nombreux cas, la mise en place d'une ventilation localisée s'avère nécessaire. Bien que le paramètre retenu pour juger de la pollution n'ait pas de justification toxicologique, il permet de caractériser des situations de travail et de réparer les plus défavorables</abstract>
