<abstract>El B.O.E. de 23 de junio de 2005 publicó el R.D. 689-2005, de 19 de junio, por el que se modifica el Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. Asimismo, tal Real Decreto modifica el Reglamento General sobre procedimientos para la imposición de sanciones por infracciones en el orden social. Ambas modificaciones se establecen para regular la actuación de los técnicos habilitados en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales</abstract>
