Notas: Sumario: Workers making polythene (polyethylene) bags were found to be exposed to fumes from the degradation of polythene at an average particulate concentration of around 0,6 mg m -3 for 40h per week. Lung function tests did not differentiale workers regularly exposed to fumes for several years from unexposed workers, nor did pre- and post-shift ventilatory function tests.
