<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este artículo supone una primera aproximación al Proyecto de Ley de Economía Sostenible, haciendo especial hincapié en los aspectos más relevantes para nuestro sector. Imaginamos que va a ser objeto de múltiples enmiendas, que pretenderán, sin éxito, el cambio de la norma. De forma meramente testimonial, se debe decir que existen numerosos aspectos del Derecho de Seguros español manifiestamente mejorables y ésta ha sido una oportunidad perdida para logra la innovación, transparencia y competitividad que requiere nuestro mercado. </abstract>
