<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les spécialistes de santé publique estiment à 7% le coût de la prévention dans les dépenses courantes de santé. Pour quelle efficacité? Impossible à dire, répondent les acteurs de l'assurance, tant les sujets d'intervention, les parties prenantes et les moyens consacrés sont nombreux. Mais on serait mal inspiré de réduire la prévention à une pure communication. Les assureurs rappellent à l'envi leur rôle dans la sécurité routière, qui a permis de ramener de 16000 à 4000 par an le nombre de morts sur la route en quarante ans, à force d'influence sur les comportements. Cependant, la recherche de résultats anime les acteurs, qui élargissent leurs stratégies d'alliances pour mutualiser leurs coûts et imaginer des plans de prévention sur mesure</abstract>
