<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Anteproyecto de Ley de Supervisión de Seguros Privados (LSSP), que transpondrá, junto con un posterior Reglamento más técnico la Directiva Solvencia II, incluye numerosas novedades que les detallamos a continuación. Ambas normas deben entrar en vigor el 1 de enero de 2013, aunque la regulación está pendiente de las novedades que haya en la inminente Directiva Ómnibus II. También se tramitarán otros Reales Decretos con medidas complementarias. Los textos están colgados en la web de la DGSFP </abstract>
