<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En el actual escenario financiero la Banca se orienta comercialmente al cliente. Sin embargo, ciertas irregularidades en la operativa bancaria dificultan unas mejores relaciones entre las entidades financieras y los clientes. Esta situación es objeto de análisis en este artículo al igual que las reclamaciones de los clientes a través de los cauces reglamentariamente establecidos. Se estudian los sistemas de protección del cliente financiero promovidos tanto a instancias de los estamentos europeos como del Banco de España y la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores</abstract>
