<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El sector de las energías marinas, tal y como acaba de publicar la Comisión Europea en su informe Crecimiento Azul, está en pleno desarrollo tecnológico y presenta "un gran potencial de innovación y creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo". En España hay interesantes proyectos piloto en marcha, como los del País Vasco, Canarias, y Cantabria, y las empresas del sector gallegas están en contacto con las navales para buscar sinergias entre ambas industrias. Los centros piloto están ayudando a preparar el terreno para que se produzca el siguiente paso, la expansión comercial de esta energía renovable, que tiene en nuestro país amplio espacio para su desarrollo. </abstract>
