<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La Acuicultura no es nueva en Galicia. Su desarrollo en el último cuarto de siglo ha resultado enriquecedor, especialmente en la cría del rodaballo. La comunidad gallega está llamada a jugar un papel importantísimo en el cultivo de peces planos, por sus grandes  ventajas (ubicación, suave orografía y temperaturas templadas), que no debería desaprovechar para seguir liderando el sector, sin obviar las obligaciones medioambientales y sociales</abstract>
