<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente artículo es una reflexión sobre las causas de la compleja situación que existe en un número considerable de las sociedades concesionarias de autopistas en España. En esta reflexión se pasa revista a un conjunto de posibles causas, para posteriormente sintetizar el problema y poder, a partir de ahi, proponer distintas soluciones para que esta compleja situación pueda resolverse de la mejor manera posible, y con el menor impacto en la sociedad y en las cuentas de la Administración que son, al fin y al cabo los mayores perjudicados</abstract>
