<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El objetivo que se pretende alcanzar con el presente Programa es poner a disposición de las Administraciones Públicas, de las Instituciones Nacionales, del sector agrario y de las entidades aseguradoras y reaseguradoras de Perú, un instrumento que resulte idóneo para la gestión de los daños por causas climáticas extraordinarias que afectan a las producciones agrarias y por tanto a las rentas del sector agropecuario, mediante el cual se consiga aumentar la capacidad de los agricultores para hacer frente con una mayor eficacia, a algunos de los principales riesgos, de forma especial los catastróficos, que amenazan a la rentabilidad de las explotaciones</abstract>
