<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los dos protagonistas clásicos del mercado inmobiliario, las compañías inmobiliarias y las no inmobiliarias pero con fuerte presencia en el sector, han dado paso a una multitud de participantes que han llegado desordenadamente y buscando una máxima rentabilidad, ya que las altas rentabilidades de nuestro país, frente a las bajas de otros países, junto con los bajos intereses en los productos de renta fija, provocaron un efecto llamada hacia el sector inmobiliario. Aunque las compañías de seguro realmente ya estaban aquí desde hace mucho tiempo.</abstract>
