<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Real Decreto 393/2007, de 23 de marzo, aprobó la norma básica de autoprotección de centros, establecimientos y dependencias dedicados a actividades que puedan dar origen a situaciones de emergencia. Insta a las administraciones autonómicas, en su artículo 5, a poner en marcha y mantener un registro de planes de autoprotección. Varias Comunidades Autónomas han desarrollado normativa al respecto, creando el registro correspondiente en el que las empresas deben inscribir su plan de autoprotección.</abstract>
