<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Entender y gestionar los conflictos que tienen lugar en el trabajo ha pasado a ser un tema de importancia creciente a medida que los contextos de trabajo son más complejos y las relaciones interpersonales cobran importancia. No es sorprendente que en la segunda Encuesta europea de empresas sobre riesgos nuevos y emergentes (ESENER 2) (EU-OSHA, 2015) se destacara que los factores de riesgo identificados con mayor frecuencia son los conflictos relacionales con clientes, alumnos y pacientes. También reveló que los riesgos psicosociales asociados se consideraban más complejos que otros y que no había información suficiente ni herramientas adecuadas para abordar los riesgos de forma efectiva en las empresas.</abstract>
