<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Con un año de retraso, el pasado mes de noviembre, el Consejo de Ministros aprobaba el Real Decreto-Ley en materia de divulgación de información no financiera que obliga a las grandes empresas y grupos empresariales a informar sobre aspectos sociales, diversidad, medioambientales, respeto a los derechos humanos y lucha contra la corrupción dentro del informe de gestión que acompaña a las cuentas anuales. Dos semanas más tarde, este Real Decreto-Ley era convalidado por el Congreso de los Diputados con los votos a favor del PP, Ciudadanos, PNV y PDeCAT. y la abstención del PSOE, Unidos Podemos y ERC. De esta forma se transpone al ordenamiento jurídico español la Directiva europea sobre la divulgación de información no financiera y sobre diversidad. Se trata de una de las noticias más importantes de 2017 en materia de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y que tanto empresas, organizaciones y sociedad civil valoran como un paso positivo en aras de una mayor transparencia.</abstract>
