<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los ingresos nominales han crecido a un ritmo del 3,6% en 2017 y se espera que lo sigan haciendo a esta tasa hasta 2023. Por su parte, los gastos sin revalorización alguna crecen a un ritmo promedio del 2,7%,como consecuencia del aumento del número de pensiones (1,1%) y del efecto sustitución (1,6%)</abstract>
