<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La asunción del riego por parte de la víctima es una figura doctrinal y jurisprudencial, elaborada para exonerar al causante de un daño cuando se dan los presupuestos que esta exige. Dicha asunción del riesgo tiene una especial relevancia en la práctica de determinados deportes, sobre todo en los que existe un contacto físico entre los deportistas. Entre dichos deportes, por su práctica en nuestro país y en muchos otros, destaca el fútbol, el cual va a ser objeto de estudio en el presente trabajo</abstract>
