Mercado Previsor ha consultado al PDeCAT a través de un cuestionario sus consideraciones sobre esta norma en fase parlamentaria y otras cuestiones del seguro. Reclama más cultura financiera, especialmente en seguros, y reconoce también que no siempre más papeles mejoran la información, aunque pide no verlo como carga administrativa. Habla sobre la banca y admite, sin generalizar, que a veces la mediación puede tener razón al reclamar más sanciones a estas entidades</abstract>
