"Al empresario hay que trasladarle la importancia que tiene protegerlo haciendo un buen análisis del riesgo, porque afecta directamente a su cuenta de resultados". El reto por parte de las aseguradoras, es "llegar a tener la capacidad de ser fexibles y escapar de los condicionados de adhesión. Contar con suscriptores preparados y con el talento necesario para poder negociar clausulas y textos libres dentro de los condicionados, además de capacidad de reaseguro"</abstract>
