<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El analista macroeconómico socio de Analistas Financieros Internacionales (AFI) y director de AFInet destacó en su ponencia durante el XII Congreso ECOFIN' que, a pesar de la guerra tecnológica y comercial entre China y EEUU y sus efectos negativos para la Eurozona, la economía mundial sigue en expansión; aunque reconoció que han aparecido nubarrones. A continuación narramos su intervención en el Congreso ECOFIN 2019' de manera íntegra. Doce años consecutivos ya. Cuando empezábamos era en plena crisis económica, en el momento más complicado de la economía española. Después de todo este tiempo se han valorado ya positivamente algunas de las dosis de optimismo que me caracterizan. Al final creo que se han podido cumplir.</abstract>
