<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La liberalización en el ferrocarril de alta velocidad es una oportunidad para el pasajero, todos los actores del sector y la sociedad. Sin embargo, la alta velocidad precisa de un alto contenido tecnológico y de una gran versatilidad por la diversidad de infraestructuras con las que tiene una significativa vinculación. Los nuevos operadores se enfrentan a una barrera técnica, entre otras, para la que precisan de un socio tecnológico más que de un fabricante de trenes.</abstract>
