<abstract displayLabel="Abstract">Quatre ans seulement après son entrée en vigueur, la directive européenne Solvabilité 2 est à nouveau en chantier. À la demande de la Commission européenne, le programme de cette révision 2020, initialement consacrée au paquet branches longues, a été considérablement étoffé. Si la baisse durable des taux plaide pour réaménager le cadre prudentiel, les assureurs tricolores redoutent une hausse des exigences de capital. Outre les aménagements techniques, cette révision devrait être l'occasion d'encourager au plan politique l'investissement de long tenne, plaide la France auprès de Bruxelles, mais surtout de simplifier le fardeau du reporting qui est imposé au secteur.</abstract>
