500  ‎$a‎EU-OSHA's third European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER 2019) asks those who know best about safety and health in the workplace' about the way safety and health risks are managed in their workplace, with a particular focus on psychosocial risks, namely work-related stress, violence and harassment. During the first half of 2019 a total of 45,420 workplaces across all sectors and employing at least five people were surveyed in the 33 countries covered: the EU27_2020 as well as Iceland, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The questionnaire was kept largely the same as that used in in ESENER 2014, to allow comparisons over time.
