<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En las últimas décadas, en un contexto de globalización e internacionalización de la economía, de deslocalización industrial y de transformación digital, se han acentuado los entornos de dualidad en las empresas. La generación Baby Boom', que hasta hace bien poco gozaba de un estatus caracterizado por una mayor seguridad de sus puestos de trabajo, notablemente regulados, está dando el relevo a una cohorte demográfica completamente distinta, los millennials y centennials, con una rotación voluntaria más alta y un mayor interés en la movilidad geográfica. De ahí que la convivencia de ambas suponga todo un reto para prácticamente cualquier compañía. </abstract>
