<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The report presents an analysis of the performance of the insurance market in Latin America, in the context of the beginning of the economic recovery after the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the reappearance of new inflationary pressures in the region. In this context, the Latin American insurance market benefited from the economic recovery, with real growth in premium volume in almost all countries. Likewise, the Insurance Protection Gap, which represents the difference between the insurance coverage purchased and that which is economically necessary and beneficial to society, increased in the last year, highlighting the significant potential for growth for insurance activity in Latin America</abstract>
