<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Reflexionar sobre los riesgos de América Latina necesariamente invita a pensar en los políticos. La a veces usual y desafortunada precaria madurez política de la región, que conlleva una natural inestabilidad, es una escala obligada para cualquier inversión o actividad que pretende viajar hacia allá. La mirada realmente debe centrarse en las actuales amenazas que conforman el ecosistema latinoamericano. Dentro de estas se pueden enlistar  de manera destacada la responsabilidad civil, la actividad ciber-delictiva, la falta de análisis de riesgo en determinadas latitudes y la ausencia de cultura de Sostenibilidad.</abstract>
