<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los fondos Next Generation son el instrumento económico más ambicioso que acordó el Consejo Europeo paraayudar a los Estados miembros de la UE a recuperarse de la crisis provocada por la pandemia de la covid-19. Para gestionar estos fondos se creó el Mecanismo de Recuperación y la Resiliencia, dotado con 672.500 millones deuros repartidos entre préstamos y transferencias no reembolsables, siendo el objetivo de esta financiación latransformación de la economías europeas para que sean más sostenibles y resilientes a las crisis, al mismo tiempo que se persigue un cambio del modelo económico basado en cuatro grandes ejes: transición ecológica,transformación digital, cohesión social y territorial, y la igualdad de género.</abstract>
