<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este informe examina dos temas relevantes de la relación entre el cambio climático y la política fiscal. En el capítulo I se analiza, los déficits fiscales aumentaron y el resultado primario se volvió deficitario. En el capítulo II se analizan las necesidades de inversión para abordar el cambio climático y fomentar el desarrollo sostenible, y se demuestra que ellas son elevadas. El capítulo III examina la experiencia en la región respecto de la clasificación y medición del gasto y la inversión pública en el ámbito climático</abstract>
