<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Existe una fuerte relación negativa entre la satifacción del trabajador y las reclamaciones de indemnización por accidentes laborales. Los autores consideran que con una administración cuidadosamente organizada y un buen entrenamiento gerencial se pueden reducir, en gran medida, las reclamaciones de indemnización por accidentes laborales. Presentan un programa de baja inversión que reduce, de forma significativa, los costos resultantes de las lesiones laborales</abstract>
