En aidant la chambre de commerce d'Alsace à mettre en place un centre fixe de démonstration du travail en sécurité sur le désossement et la découpe de la viande, la Caisse régionale d'assurance maladie d'Alsace-Moselle a trouvé un moyen original de faire progresser la prévention chez les bouchers-charcutiers, qu'ils soient artisans ou salariés d'entreprises industrielles</abstract>
