<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Le but de cet article est informer sur le rôle et le mission de lINRS dans le contrôle des produits chimiques. L'INRS dans le cadre de la réglementation sur ce contrôle, issue du Code du Travail (article L. 231-7 et textes d'application), doit remplir trois missions essentielles: examiner les dossiers de déclarations des substances nouvelles et les des declarations de préparations dangereuses nouvelles, juger de leur recevabilité et lui donner son avis; conserver les informations en sa possesion; renseigner les personnes concernées par la protection des travailleurs vis-à-vis du risque chimique.
