<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cette étude a pour origine un certain d'accidents survenus lors de la manipulation de solvants de dégraissage. Ces solvants contiennent très souvent des produits chlorés, notamment trichloréthylène et tetrachlorure de carbone (uniquement utilisé en circuit fermé); ceux-ci présentent en effet l'avantage d'une quasi ininflammabilité jointe à une bonne efficacité, mais le désavantage d'une toxicité, moyenne pour le trichloréthylène, élevée pour le tétrachlorure de carbone. Cet inconvénient a favorisé la remise en usage de produits pétroliers malgré des caractéristiques défavorables d'inflammabilité. Cet article présente les résultats de mesure de points d'éclair d'un certain nombre de etels produits et son application à des mélanges contenant du dichlorométhane afin d'en dégager des éléments utilisables pour la sécurité</abstract>
