<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les problèmes posés par l'informatisation des tâches ne se limitent pas aux postures de travail et la charge visuelle. A partir de deux enquêtes de type épidémiologique, les auteurs montrent comment certaines conditions de travail peuvent engendrer des facteurs de risque pour la santé. L'organisation tayloriste des tâches, la monotonie, les délais de réponse du système, et plus généralement l'inadéquation entre les besoins de l'opérateur et le contenu du travail créent des situations de stress se traduisant par des symptômes psychiques et somatiques. Le développement d'un projet informatique ne consiste pas seulement à installer des écrans et des procedures et à les faire fonctionner, mais également à trouver un équilibre entre les imperatifs humains et techniques</abstract>
