Sumario: Under certain conditions, paint coating classified as Class "0" - and therefore supposedly non-combustible - can be ignited and burn very rapidly, creating the so-called "fireball effect". This phenomenon was starkly highlighted when a man died after a fire spread swiftly through a London tower block in 1991
