<abstract displayLabel="Summary">26 postes de travail, représentatifs des différents types de tâches informatisées que l'on rencontre en atelier, ont été analysés (conduite de processus, de machine outil à commande numérique, gestion des stocks, de pannes...). Cet article présente les principaux résultats de cette étude, interprétés sur la base d'une analyse factorielle des données recueillies. Parmi les caractéristiques de l'environnement au poste de travail, le rôle perturbateur du bruit est relevé. Son influence semble d'autant plus grande que l'opérateur dispose d'un outil informatique inadapté, ce qui est le cas pour de nombreux postes.</abstract>
