<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'étude a eu pour but de déterminer les éléments constitutifs des ponts roulants responsables de vibrations et chocs et les moyens les plus appropriés pour réduire cette exposition. Elle met en évidence l'importance des chemins de roulement, des dimensions et des systèmes de suspension tant de la cabine que du siège. Les prévalences de plaintes dorsales ont été comparées chez les pontiers et chez un groupe contrôle formé de sujets adoptant des postures similaires sans être exposés aux vibrations. Cette étude n'a pas permis de mettre en évidence une prévalence accrue qui pourrait éventuellement être mise en relation avec l'exposition aux vibrations corps total</abstract>
